at CBRCTo 800ml Milli-Q water add:
20g Bacto Tryptone
5g Bacto Yeast Extract
2ml 5M NaCl Solution
2.5ml 1M KCl Solution
-Adjust pH to 6.8 - 7.0 with HCl or NaOH
-Bring volume to 1000ml with Milli-Q water
' -Autoclave on wet cycle
Add filter sterilized solutions of:
10ml 1M MgSO
410ml 1M MgCl
2Wear Gloves and Glasses when working with acids & bases
