1) 250 ml Formamide

2) Mix with about 25g Ion Exchange Resin

(Biorad AG501X8)

3) Stir at room temperature for 30 minutes

4) Filter twice through Whatman #1 paper

5) Make 25ml aliquots in 50ml tubes

6) Store in -20'C
