To 80 ml Milli-Q water add:

-20 g ampicillin = 200mg/ml

-mix well, and bring volume to 100 ml with Milli-Q water

-Sterile filter through 0.45 or 0.22 micron filter

-put into sterile 500µl aliquots

-store at -20'C
