Dominik Haudenschild 7-28-93 at CBRC

To 8 ml Milli-Q water add

-1.0 gr Ammonium Persulfate

-mix well

-Bring volume to 10.0 ml with Milli-Q water

-mix again

-Make 100ul aliquots in small eppendorf tubes

-Store at -20'C

-To avoid confusion with Ampicillin, do not label as AMPS
